I followed the directions and this product worked. It was a couple years ago, and I have been thinking of doing another. Here is what I noticed: larger (much larger) bowel movements. This did not take long. Also I got rid of my lactose intolerance. Since doing the cleanse, I have become progressively more of a health nut. If a friend told you that a colon cleanse is a good idea, I fully concur. I have not compared versus other products though, so you might want to read reviews on other products. Good luck!

I am almost finished with the 3 bottles. I have gotten the worst gas of my life so i called and was told ‘ thats very rare’. I dont notice anything good from the product. Also i am getting alot of cramps and bloating.

NO THANKS,,,,I WONT REUSE THIS ONE.

I used this product according to how miteyoak reviewed it. At first, there was nothing. Then i added two digestive enzymes–digest by enzymedica. I was told to try megazymes as it is plant based or something like that and should work better with every meal for about 1 adn 1/2 weeks and boom my system kicked into action. I began to have movements at least twice a day. It seems to have encouraged my system to work a little better. Before i would have 1 or 2 movements aweek and now i have at least one or two a day. I am looking forward to having a colonic now but i think i will do a candida cleanse.

Effective...For The Most Part

I finally decided to try this product after feeling the need to de-toxify my body. Did it work? Well, it didn't not work.

I used CleanseSmart in conjunction with FiberSmart, as recommended (and it's a lot of pills to take in a day). I didn't experience any diarrhea and definitely had more output than normal, which I considered a good thing. This product didn't do anything for my skin. In fact, and I don't neccesarily blame CleanseSmart, I've been breaking out in the last month more than I've broken out in ten years. Perhaps just an odd coincidence.

I wish I could say I found the boost in energy I'd been looking for, but this product pretty much ensured that for eveything I put in my body, as much as possible came out. In that sense, it did its job. However, I'm not so sure a fiber supplement or foods high in fiber might not do the same thing.

better than colonix

I tried this after reading up about all the products available for cleansing and used it for 30 days. I loved it. I felt better, had energy and no more constipation…. after that I thought I would try another one so I went back on line and researched the one rated number one, which is colonix. I bought it and paid $90.00 for a 30 day supply. I am on day 17 and I hate it. it doesnt work, I am gastroentestinally worst off than I was before I used anything, I had a reaction and my skin turned bright red and raised and burning then it changed the PH of my body and caused all other sorts of issues…… I know not everyone is the same, and I know a large number of individuals were helped and Love colonix, but for me I am going to stick with cleansesmart

Not for high blood pressure sufferers

I was heavily bloated and constipated with this product and it sent up my blood pressure. Do not use if you suffer from high blood pressure.

tried it with high high hopes trust me. Didn’t live up to my hopes. In fact as a couple users have stated it actually made me constipated?? I stopped after 3 days after having pains in my colon and not being able to make a bowel movement. Go figure.

how to avoid diarrhea

Miteyoak, thank you for your expertise and detailed instructions. One thing to modify…. CleanseSmart is not intended to give you diarrhea. It even says on the package, “Do not use PM pills if you have or develop abdominal pain, diarrhea, or loose stools.” The goal is to have two soft bowel movements per day. I already had that before starting the cleanse, so I used the AM pills by themselves. When I get constipated, I take fiber: Metamucil free and clear, which is 100% inulin. (I can’t take RenewLife fiber because I’m allergic to oat grass.) Last night, on my 20th day of CleanseSmart, I took one PM pill; I sure regretted it this morning. PM pills are super-laxatives.

With CleanseSmart, I drink lots of water, eat organic, use natural soaps and lotions, and brush my skin just before my hot baths. Dry skin brushing works wonders; it permanently softens your skin, and it allows more toxins to be removed through your skin when you sweat. Fiber, sweating, and dry skin brushing are very important to assist cleansing, as described in the book “Detox Strategy” by Brenda Watson, developer of RenewLife.

Cleanse Smart hss helped my chronic constipation so far as long as I take it with empty stomach. But I notice soon as I stop taking the product, my problem would return. I just hope my body will not get immuned to it. I had tried many products, Cleanse Smart works best for me.
